Terms and Conditions

By using this site, you acknowledge having read these terms and conditions that you agree to abide by. These conditions is intended to inform you on the terms and conditions of booking and cancellation, as well as responsibilities.

Article 1: The Rates

The prices shown on this site are VAT included per room per night for a specified number of persons per room and for the chosen date.
Local taxes are not included in the price displays.

Section 2: Reservations

By connecting to the site reservation@hotel-alma-beziers.com you make a reservation directly at the hotel. Our hotel has a reservation system in real time which is updated daily. So once you have confirmed your booking, you receive an email confirmation by the hotel. It is immediately registered by the hotel.
Please kindly print your booking confirmation you receive by email. The latter will be required by the hotel upon check-in.
If you wish to reserve your room for the same day you make your reservation before 19pm (local time of the hotel). After this time we ask you to kindly contact the hotel directly by phone at +33 (0) 4 67 28 79 44.

Section 3: Payment Terms

You must mention in your order number, your credit card and its expiration date. The card must be valid on the date of departure of your booking.
For stays under 7 nights, the flow of your credit card the amount of the first night of your stay is conducting confirmation.
For stays over 7 nights, the flow of your credit card the amount of the first two nights of your stay is conducting confirmation.
The balance of your stay will be charged directly at the hotel during your stay.
Our reservation system is secure and your credit card number and personal data you provide is secure.

Article 4: Reservation Guarantee

The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed after recording the type, number and expiry date of the customer's credit card and name on it, as security. The reservation takes effect from 13 pm on day of arrival the customer and ends at 12 pm on the day of departure.
This guarantee ensures the room rate beyond 19 hours, regardless of your arrival time
